The communications industry is undergoing a rapid transformation, and the current generation of young communications and public relations professionals in Malaysia are at the forefront of accelerating that change.
The communications industry is undergoing a rapid transformation, and the current generation of young communications and public relations professionals in Malaysia are at the forefront of accelerating that change.
To recognise and celebrate young leaders working in the field of communications, the Asia-Pacific Association of Communications Directors (APACD) supported by SPAG FINN Partners is organising the inaugural 30 Under 30 Communications Champions for Malaysia.
The initiative is designed to highlight the outstanding achievements of young communications and public relations professionals under the age of 30 who are making a meaningful contribution and impact on industry in Malaysia. The initiative will also provide a platform for emerging leaders to connect with peers, mentors and industry experts, showcasing their talents and expertise to the sector.
Submit your 30 Under 30 Application
Young people under the age of 30 who are based in Malaysia and working in the communications and public relations field in Malaysia are invited to submit their application to be considered for the 30 Under 30 Communications Champions for Malaysia initiative.
To be eligible, applicants must be:
- Currently working or studying in the field of communications or public relations in Malaysia
- Under the age of 30 as of 15 March 2024
Applicants must also be able to demonstrate examples of communications excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, impact, and/or community engagement.
The deadline to submit applications is 30 April 2024. Submissions will be judged by a panel of industry experts, and selected awardees will be contacted and invited to a networking event in early 2024.

All responses and personal contact information will be kept confidential, and will only be accessed by the panel of industry experts judging the 30 Under 30 submissions.
