The Asia-Pacific Communication Monitor reports the findings of a major survey with 1,000+ responses responses from 15 Asia-Pacific countries and territories.

Findings from the 2021 Asia-Pacific Communication Monitor will be explored in detail at a free webinar taking place on 24 March and supported by PRovoke Media and the Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors (APACD).

The study reports the findings of a major survey with 1,155 responses from 15 Asia-Pacific countries and territories. Conducted by leading communication academics from Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, and supported by national collaborators across the region, as well as professional associations, the study reports the practices, perceptions, and priorities of PR and communication management professionals in corporations, government, NGOs, non-profit organisations, and agencies.

Topics under the spotlight include:
– Use of ‘big data’ analytics and AI including bots and algorithms
– Ethics in strategic communication
– Gender equity in communication departments and agencies
– Competencies needed for the future
