Visa’s Kinan Tsui Suchaovanich Departs For Global Lenovo Comms Role

Kinan Tsui Suchaovanich has been appointed to lead communications for Lenovo's newly-formed solutions and services group.

HONG KONG — Kinan Tsui Suchaovanich has left Visa to lead global communications for Lenovo’s newly-formed solutions and services group (SSG). 

Suchaovanich spent more than seven years with Visa, most recently as senior director and head of corporate communications for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

At Lenovo, Suchaovanich is named global communications lead, reporting to SSG CMO David Rabin. The group, which is led by president Ken Wong, is tasked with spearheading company-wide transformation of the 37-year-old manufacturer of PC, laptops and servers.

In particular, Lenovo is aiming to build on its hardware business to provide solutions and services in changing areas such as education, productivity, and smart cities. 

A former journalist with The Nation and AP, Suchaovanich’s career also includes communications roles at Thailand’s Democrat Party and International Committee of the Red Cross.
